I know this sounds crazy, but I actually got a lot of relief from back pain, just by switching my mattress. Granted, there were a lot of other things I did (exercise, stretching, etc.) but I still had troubles...until I switched my mattress. I found information on it at http://www.qmattresses.com/ and I am just curious,..with all the hours we spend sleeping, why doesn't anyone really talk about mattresses and back pain?
